All of our beauty professionals are self-employed. To contact a specific team member please do so via their booking system or personal instagram. For your information the salon mobile is not constantly monitored.

Emails can be sent to contact@twelvebeautyco.co.uk and will be passed to specific team member if required.


Salon Etiquette

  • Please arrive 5 minutes before your appointment time

  • Please provide 48 hours cancellation to avoid a cancellation charge from 50-100% of treament price.

  • Please be respectful of other clients within the salon

  • Where possible please arrive alone without children or friends/family.

  • We accept card payments, bank transfers or cash to be paid directly after your service.

  • Salon hours may vary depending on staffs working hours/bookings.

  • Any changes to medical details or medications must be shared to beauty professional as this may effect your treatment.

  • Patch tests must be carried out minimum of 48 hours prior to service appointment time.

  • Your consultation form is required and may be reviewed on a regular basis.

Patch Testing

As our team are self employed their days and hours may vary from time to time, if you require to pop in for a patch test please check with the team member when may be suitable to check the salon shall be open for your convenience..
